abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities.
Having experience min 2-3 years in the same position.

Job List:
Maintaining executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings,conferences etc.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (follow up e-mail,letters, etc.)
Being as Secretary, may focus more on business operations tasks and take on more of an office leadership role in some capacities, creating agendas for meetings or conferences.
Being as Secretary, may be required to have a more specialized analytical and problem-solving skills in some cases where managing business operations is critical.
Working with Department Head/GM to address issues from the issue tracker to all participants in the meeting.
Coordinate & assisting Department Head/GM to remind participants of their assignment/project to clear/finish their last assignment in the all previous MOMs
Helping to safe-guard the meeting agenda and meeting flow during meeting
Document/type MOM of the meeting highlights -follow the MOM format given
Prepare meeting calendar invitation, Agenda, project list, parking lot list, venue preparation, logistic food & drinks
