Position : MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (RESTAURANT OR KITCHEN)
Location : ISMAYA GROUP, JAKARTA
Level of Education : DIPLOMA OR DEGREE
Eksperience : FRESH GRADUATES
Requirements : EDUCATION LEVEL
Preferably local candidate with minimum Diploma Degree in F&B / Hospitality / Culinary with GPA
min 3.00 from a reputable university. Overseas graduate is a plus.
Good command of the English language in speaking and writing. Additional language is a plus.  

EXPERIENCE
Hospitality experience preferred but not essential (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS TECHNICAL
Computer skills (Word, Power Point/Excel spreadsheet, etc)
Able to work long hours
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays  

BEHAVIORAL
Young & talented, motivated, confident, responsible, able to run and manage large team.
Strong organizational and planning skills required
Hands on, disciplined and good trainer/teacher skills preferred
Has good leadership skills
