Eksperience : 1-2 YEARS
Requirements : Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality) with maximum 35 years old
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Head Chef or 2 Years of Sous Chef from Japanese Food
Strong leadership & communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control
Prepare and produce high quality food using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification
Willing to work late hour
