Requirements : 1. Responds efficiently to queries and problems from system users.
2. Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for units Internet, Property Management Systems - PMS, Point of Sale - POS, emails, domain/website, Telephony systems and any other software system vendors.
3. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
4. Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
5. Prepare & Implement scheduled Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware & Software.
6. Managing in the establishment of project scope, technical strategy, cost, budget and staff support requirements with new IT initiatives from the GM/Dept head.
7. Managing Disaster Recovery Process and ensuring regular daily backup is taken.
8. Anti virus setup and day to day support.
9. Maintains a system error / progress log book and deals with reported problems.
10. Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license monthly.
11. Is aware of IT Security & Policies and ensures implementation through regular staff training.
12. Send monthly IT newsletter with approval from Corp IT/Digital manager on content
1. Keep updated with latest technology and security risks on a regular basis.

13. Able to perform other IT or Systems related task assigned by the management.
14. Standardisation for software & hardware specifications to be used within the company & business units, per 6 months (June & December).
